I am a 26 year old single mother of one>inspiring writer.I've written two plays in my earlier years,I 've written a collection of poems,and plan on becoming a published writer and filmmaker some day.I plan on starting my charity one day to help out others in need.

I think that it would be a good idea for you to look into grants. Did you know that the woman (who now has more money than the Queen of England) who wrote the Harry Potter books got a grant at the beginning of her writing career? There are many writing and poetry related grant programs in the United States and you should see if you qualify for any of them. As a matter of fact one woman won a $20,000 grant and started her own film company!
